SUITSUPPLY

Suitsupply is a Dutch men's fashion brand, founded in 1999, known for its high-quality, tailored suits at competitive prices. As a pioneering omnichannel brand, it offers a seamless blend of in-store and digital experiences across 150 locations worldwide, providing a highly personalized shopping journey.

ROLE

As a designer, Xenia is the founder of xnday.studio and has worked as the creative digital designer at Suitsupply, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and aligning visuals with creative marketing campaigns, concept development, ideation, website design, social media, e-mail marketing and overall visual identity.
She has also worked on a  freelance basis for Suitsupply after starting her independent journey. Visual concept and execution were built using photography from brand's library.

CUSTOM-MADE

We launched the Custom-Made project as a new concept that lets customers fully customise a product online before ordering. My task was to create marketing assets to promote the service and ensure customers clearly understand how the Custom-Made tool works.

Gif image shows various options on customizing the shirt the way customer prefers is meant to attract attention and inform about the newsletter theme by showing customization options.

CTA

The CTA invites users to visit the tool; placing it immediately below the hero image—so it appears above the fold—has been shown in A/B tests to boost click-through rates by up to 28 %.

E-MAIL MARKETING

Various informative landing pages were created using a code-free website building platform, utilizing its available features while maintaining the brand's visual identity. See one of the examples below.

CREATIVE GIF SOLUTIONS

Email marketing often benefits from creative GIFs in the hero image as well as in-body assets; studies show that adding animation can lift click-through rates by up to 26 %, and one well-documented campaign even recorded a 42 % increase in clicks after switching to a GIF-centric layout. To keep load times short, each GIF should be compressed to a small file size without sacrificing visual impact.

ICONOGRAPHY

A library of icons was developed to explain the product features and service options to improve customer experience. Some of the icons presented below integrated into newsletter designs, website, social media and reports.
